Availity Essentials™ is now WebTPA’s provider portal

Effective June 15, 2024, Availity Essentials™ will become the preferred multi-payer portal for submitting secure transactions to WebTPA. Your new enhanced provider portal can give you access to information and tools you need most, such as:

  • Check eligibility and benefits
  • View member ID cards for select health plans
  • Determine if an authorization is required for select health plans
  • Submit online medical and dental claims
  • Check claim status
  • View remittance advice
  • Access WebTPA resources and applications through a dedicated payer space

Availity Essentials offers secure online access to WebTPA as well as other available health plans in your region. During the move to Essentials, WebTPA will work with Availity to provide you with the training and updates you need to ensure a smooth transition.
