Huzeif M is a Product Analyst with Availity India whose career began as a Junior Process Associate 7 years ago. As Availity has grown, he has worked his way up through many departments learning the insurance verification process, authorization, and even how Accounts Receivable denials impact the business. In his Quality Control position, he had the sole responsibility of auditing all processes, including Eligibility & Benefits and Auth, gaining an understanding of the value of each associate’s work. During his time here, he has managed up to 37 people and single-handedly trained 31 new associates in 2021.
