Registration Details

In order to register, you’ll need:

  1. Basic information about your practice, including your Federal Tax ID.
  2. Someone with the legal authority (typically an owner or senior partner) to sign agreements for your organization.
  3. An office manager or other employee who can oversee the Availity implementation and maintain user IDs and access.

Final note on registration

Applications are approved and temporary passwords sent within three to five business days.
