An Internet Browser with 128-bit Encryption. A higher browser version supports 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest form of encryption available for confidential transactions over the Internet. Availity does not guarantee full functionality of the Availity Health Information Network with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 4.x or lower or Netscape, AOL, CompuServe or other comparable browsers. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is required. The latest version of Internet Explorer is available at no charge.
A 1024 x 768 or Greater Pixel Display. A screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels ensures the best experience while using the Availity Health Information Network.
Frames, Graphics, and Java Browser Settings Enabled. Enabling frames, graphics, and Java in your browser will provide the best experience while using the Availity Health Information Network.
Up-to-date Anti-virus and Security. Misconfigured computers, unpatched systems, and weak passwords account for up to 95% of security vulnerabilities. You should use challenging passwords and change them periodically. Never download attachments or software from sources unknown to you.
