As a Primary Access Administrator for a number of insurance websites -- Availity is SO user friendly. We are a medical billing company and it is so much easier for us to access our clients with one password, not to mention all of the health plan access we can get. We use Availity to check eligibility and benefits, check claim status, and view online remittance. Adding or removing a user is so fast -- I really like that. Customer support is also excellent!
